Japanese Cryptic: Library

Translated from Japanese by Shishou(師匠)

Cryptic Story

I went to borrow a book at the library.

I saw a book-rack along the wall that had all the featured novels lined up.

I picked up a novel with interesting title and turned the pages to see if it was interesting.

I glanced back at the rack and saw someone looking at me from the other side of the rack.

We looked at each other for about 10 minutes.

After that, I took 3 copies of that book to the librarian and borrowed them.

On my way back I wondered why I didn't borrow such a book earlier.

Well, it didn't matter now.

  2. But the narrator did not feel scared but took an interest (well they looked at each other for 10 minutes). Did they fall in love? ^o^

    1. Maybe the narrator was too engrossed in the novel, they didn't think about the wall part. But damn, 10 minutes are long!

  3. Why did he need 3 copies of that book? Is it a cursed book or what

    1. Maybe the narrator wanted to introduce that novels to their friends.

  4. I'm thinking whatever was staring at the narrator made them want to commit suicide. They borrowed 3 copies of the same novel (Could be big; just big enough to fall off of.), but the reason why they didn't earlier doesn't matter anymore, as probably nothing else does.
