Japanese Cryptic: The hospitalized child

Translated from Japanese by Shishou(師匠)

Cryptic Story

There existed a poor family and due to some circumstances, their child got hospitalized.

At the hospital, the mother returned to the child's room after talking with the doctor.

"My birthday is next month, but can you buy me the latest edition of One-Piece?*"

The child asked hesitatingly. The mother answered:

"I'll buy you anything, so please tell whatever you like."

    1. Yeah I think the Mom is going to let the child die since they can't afford surgery, or something like that.

    2. Correct it's probably that. There is a darker version too: The mother knows that the child is dying and she has agreed to sell the organs to the doctor for a huge sum of money. My guess; I don't know XD

    1. haha. That was a nice twist. Let me add to it.
The mother bought the child the dress and the power of happiness healed the child. They both lived happily ever after. Yay, no deaths. :)

    1. Sad indeed. Don't feel sad, it was the need of the plot.
