They go to onsen and take a bath together. It's very unnatural if the parents of the narrator let their child live alone without parents supervision.<br /><br />The narrator also did not inform us whether s/he lives alone in new house. That could be interpreted that s/he lives in the same house he lived. The one that changed is, the parents are gone.
