ReplyDeleteHaha. No problem. I'm pleased to know that you look forward to them. Keep Visiting. :)
Deletefumu fumu~ I will keep visiting~~
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes, please keep visiting as it inspires me to write more. Sometimes I feel that not a lot of people care about this site and I wonder whether I should continue with it or not. But when I receive comments, it really motivates me to keep going.:)
DeleteEeh please keep writing *ganbatte ne* (9^o^)9
DeleteWe readers will always be looking forward to the next post ^^
I agree with hemu hemu-san. I also promote this site to my friends but they do not like creepy things (most of them are girls) and the boys do not like to read something cryptic (they prefer gore/ thrilling explicit story) as it require them to think. Some people do not take cryptic story as a fun puzzle :(
to be honest, I am scared of scary creepy things even if it was just stories. But it always fun to read or listened to it cause it was so very exciting
DeleteYes very exciting ^^ but I don't want to meet with paranormal beings as it was too scary to be true. But reading rituals how-to, curses and tales is so exciting.
DeleteThanks to both of you for your comments. Right now I have my exams going on, that's why I have not published anything new. I think I'll be done with them in about 2 weeks. Then, I'll publish some more full length stories that are lying in my draft. :)
DeleteWish you luck for your exams! ("\(^∆^)/")
DeleteAlthough... 2 weeks?? A week of studying and a week of exams?? Or those 2 weeks...wholly for exams?
Good luck for your exams! ^^
DeleteWe will wait for the next post! :)
Thanks. One week for practical exams and other week for theory exams.
Deleteyes, unfortunately... people lacks motivation to read creepypasta...maybe they just can't imagine the words which were written??? I mean...since the era I first surf through the web to searched for creepypasta, I promoted the sites on my BBM, Line, fb, Twitter and so on...none took an interest @_@
ReplyDeleteYes. Nowadays, people aren't willing to read long stories as it takes up their time. Instead people prefer to watch videos that are shorter and do not require imagination.
DeleteEven though imagination was much scarier than what they saw. I mean, when we watched horror, do we scared of the ghosts? No, we just scared because of the anticipation. With the scary atmosphere, eerie sound effects, and the ghosts were just the trigger, not the main cause of our fear. And to be honest, writing a horror story, wasn't easy, not one bit, especially the short ones.
DeleteYes I couldn't agree more. Since horror is basically on preferences like funny stories. While some stories for some people are very interesting maybe for some other just a "meh" or maybe do not like to read those kind of stories at all. It will be scarier if we let the reader imagine based on their own fear. Because if based on the actual "ghost", some of them were looked like a regular person. When reading, sometimes I let my thoughts wander and the imagined version of mine was more scarier (like, "what if he has a bloody face, or ..." but the truth I have never seen them for myself- hopefully not ^^).
DeleteHi! Just stumbled upon this site aand I'm glad for finding this site since some sites I usually stalk for fulfilling my crave of Japanese Creepy Pasta haven't been updated recently.
ReplyDeletePlease keep posting and thank you very much for translating the creepypastas. Cheers from Indonesia~!
Thanks for visiting.I too used to read Japanese creepypastas on saya's blog and okaruto's tumblr, but then they stopped updating it. That's why I decided to start this site.

Yeah, the other sites completely stopped posting a few years ago. :( That's why I started this site as the readers need their daily bite of Japanese horror.
Thanks and please spread info about this site to your friends too. I feel motivated when I see comments on my posts.
